Typical renovation works
Upgrading slabs and beams from below, protecting steel reinforcements and mezzanines, fire-rated partitions for a new layout, sealing of old and new penetrations. In listed buildings we choose solutions that do not alter the appearance.
Design and construction from one partner
Promatcon also undertakes building renovations with associate engineers. The fire protection is designed together with the rest of the works, so that nothing already closed has to be opened again.
